What stands out

Social performance

Audience & engagement.

Account-level summaries from four platform exports, plus top posts included in those exports.

Network performance

Top content

*TikTok uses the export's post “Reach” field, while the platform summary reports “Views”. These values are not directly interchangeable. Only 10 posts per channel are included in the supplied exports.

GoHighLevel · email reporting

Email marketing intelligence.

Filter campaigns, workflow emails and dates. Statistics reflect rows in the supplied export, not a live connection or deduplicated recipients.

Volume

Monthly delivered emails

Revenue attribution

Monthly reported revenue

Attribution note: Email revenue and orders are totals reported by the HighLevel export; these should not be added to the Meta lead-matched results as incremental revenue. Aggregates sum export rows and may represent repeated sends to the same contacts.

Paid acquisition & webinar funnel

From ad spend to customers.

Five Meta campaigns, with lead-to-order matching against GoHighLevel. Reporting snapshot: June–September 2026.

Reported acquisition path

Critical distinction: Meta leads are free-webinar registrations; they are not verified webinar attendees. Matched buyers are customers whose contact was found in the exported media lead list. This is not a fully verified attendee-to-purchase funnel.

Spend versus matched revenue

Matched buyer attribution only. Revenue from other campaigns, channels or unmatched buyers is outside this report.

Webinar reporting gaps

Available nowMeta spend, campaign reach, lead registrations, ad results, GHL media-tagged contacts, matched orders and revenue.
Missing from attachmentsActual attendees, show-up rate, viewing duration, live webinar offer conversion, replay views, registration-to-attendance matching, webinar cost and full downstream revenue attribution.
Automation blueprint

Connected data ecosystem.

These are proposed integrations. The historical exports are loaded, but no API access or scheduled synchronization is currently active in this standalone prototype.

Recommended architecture: authorized OAuth/API connections → server-side scheduled imports and webhooks → normalized metrics store → validated KPI calculations → dashboard. Access tokens should never be stored in browser code.

Rules before switching to live

One metric, one definition“Leads”, “registrations”, “attendees”, “buyers”, and “revenue” must retain their provider meanings, measurement windows and attribution models.
Incremental synchronizationUse webhooks for available contact/payment events, periodic polling for analytics, idempotent provider IDs and retry-safe upserts.
Historical snapshotsStore daily account counts, campaign outcomes and sync timestamps to build genuine “Started vs. Now” trends without fabricating missing history.
Health & privacyConnection expiry indicators, audit logs, bounded API retries, access-controlled customer data, and reconciliation of GHL versus Meta attribution.
